Ingredients:

  • Eskort Viennas
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 ½ C milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Extra flour
  • Oil for deep frying

Method

  • Heat a large pot of oil over a moderate heat.
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a tall juc or mixing bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients and whisk well.
  • Dip the viennas into the flour and then into the batter before deep frying them.

 

Serve

  • Serve, serve with your preferred sauces.
