Caramel and Bacon Popcorn
Ingredients:
- 200g Eskort Diced bacon
- 2 C popcorn kernels
- ¼ C oil
- 2 T butter
- ¼ C castor sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t salt
Method
- Heat a large pot over a high heat.
- Add the bacon and fry until cooked.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
- Cover the pot and allow the popcorn to pop.
- Shake the pot frequently to ensure the popcorn is equally covered with caramel.
Be careful, the sugar on the popcorn is very hot. Allow to cool down a bit before you have some.
