Braai Bacon

Cooking Guidelines: Remove packaging prior to cooking. Braai – Braai over medium to hot coals, turning frequently until fully cooked. Serve immediately. Roast – Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the Braai Bacon in an oven roasting pan and roast for 15 to 20 min turning frequently. Pan Fry – Lightly oil a pan and place over medium heat. Fry product for 12 to 15 minutes while turning regularly or until product is cooked to preference.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: RAW SMOKED – KEEP REFRIGERATED: Use within Best Before date. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase, use within 3 months of freezing.
