Cooking Guidelines: Remove packaging prior to cooking. Heat thoroughly for optimum quality and safety. Braai: Braai over hot coals for approximately 10 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade. Avoid flames and do not overcook. Oven Grill:  Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Oven grill on a lightly greased baking tray for 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade. Do not overcook.
