Kettle Braai on medium coals for 30 minutes or until done. Oven Bake in a closed oven dish at 180°C for 20 minutes, remove lid and roast for 10 minutes turning regularly.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: UNCOOKED – KEEP REFRIGERATED. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing. Do not refreeze once thawed.
