Oven Roast: Rub the roast with oil and season with salt, fry the roast in a hot pan on all sides until brown. Place the roast in a casserole and add flavouring. Cover and bake in the oven for 3 hours on 160°C.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: UNCOOKED – KEEP REFRIGERATED BELOW 4˚C. Use within Best Before date. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase, use within 3 months of freezing.
