Oven Roast: Cook for 20 min per 450g while covered, plus an extra 30min without covering on 180°C. Internal Temperature 64°C.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: RAW SMOKED – KEEP REFRIGERATED. Use within Best Before date. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase, use within 3 months of freezing.
