Smoked Pulled Pork

Cooking Guidelines: are approximate and may vary with appliances. Remove packaging prior to cooking.

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove all packaging and place pulled pork into an ovenproof dish. Cover with a lid or foil. Heat for 20 minutes, open lid, toss product with a fork and return to oven for a further 10 minutes, uncovered.

Pan-Fry: Pre-heat a frying pan with oil over a medium to high heat. Fry for 10 to 12 minutes until the meat is heated through, tossing frequently.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: COOKED – KEEP REFRIGERATED. Consume within 2 days of opening.
