Braai: Over medium to hot coals, braai for 8 to 10 minutes until the rashers are done to preference, turning frequently.

To Pan-Fry: Pre-heat a frying pan with oil over a medium to high heat. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes until the rashers are done, turning frequently.

To Oven Grill: Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place the rashers in an oven proof roasting tray. Grill for 10 minutes, turning often.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: UNCOOKED – KEEP REFRIGERATED. Consume within 2 days of opening. Use within Best Before date. Suitable for home freezing. Do not refreeze once thawed. Use within 3 months of freezing.
