Mini Corn Dogs
Ingredients
- 350 g Eskort Mini Cheese Viennas
- 1 packet flapjack mix
- 1 pot oil for frying
- 125 ml (½ C) flour
- 12 wooden skewers
- Tip:
- Add bacon and/or dried fruit to the leftover batter and make mini flapjacks.
- Special Note:
- Wooden skewers should be removed to prevent possible harm to children.
Method
- Heat pot of oil over moderate heat.
- Mix the flapjack batter per the packaging instructions.
- Skewer each Mini Vienna and dip into the flour.
- Dip each skewered Vienna into the batter until evenly coated.
- Deep fry the coated Viennas in the simmering oil until they have puffed up and turned golden brown.
