Ingredients:

1 Rooster brood roll
Golden Roasted onions
1 Eskort Bockwurst
¼ C Tomato cut into small blocks
¼ C caramelised onions, caramalised in brandewyn and coke
½ C Sliced Biltong
3 T Mayonnaise
2 T Chopped Spring onion
1 hot braai

Method:

Braai your bockwurst until golden and hot.
Cover the bun with mayonnaise, and add the caramelised onions and tomato.
Add the sausages, biltong, and some more mayonnaise.
Add a last helping of mayo and garnish with spring onion.
