Pork Noodle Salad
Ingredients:
- Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages
- 200g mangetout
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 200g mini corns
- ½ C tomato jam
- 2 T palm sugar
- 2 t fish oil
- 3 T sesame oil
- 300g raw noodles cooked
- Salt
- 2 t black sesame seeds
- 2 C hot water
- 3 T oil
Method
- Place the pork sausages in a pan of hot water with the 3 T oil and cook it until the water has evaporated and the pork sausages fried in the oil until golden.
- Takes about 10 min.
- Add the mangetout, red onion, mini corn, tomato jam, palm sugar, fish oil and the sesame oil to a large salad bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add the noodles to the bowl and season with salt.
Serve:
- Slice the pork sausages into halves and add them to the salad.
- Garnish with the sesame seeds.
