Ingredients

  • 1 pack Eskort Espetada
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted and chopped
  • 400 g raw pasta
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 250 ml (1 C) sour cream
  • 5 ml (1 t) black pepper
  • 5 ml (1 t) chilli flakes
  • 45 ml (3 T) avo oil
  • 1 handful fresh herbs, chopped
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Light a fire and get some hot coals ready.
  • Cook pasta according to pack instructions.
  • Braai the Espatada over the hot coals until medium.
  • In a large bowl, mix pasta, roasted garlic, sour cream, black pepper and chilli flakes.
  • Drizzle oil over chopped herbs.

Serve

Serve the espetada on a pasta base and top with herbs.
