Prego Steak & Roasted Butternut Wrap

Ingredients
1 packet Eskort Prego Steaks
250 ml (1 C) butternut, roasted
1 red pepper, charred
250 ml (1 C) canned butter beans, drained
zest of 1 lemon
60 ml (ΒΌ C) feta cheese
1 handful baby spinach
Assemble
On a wrap, place baby spinach, then mash and finish off with the prego steak strips.
Wrap tightly and pack into a lunchbox for work.
Method
Fry prego steaks in a pan over medium heat and slice into strips.
In a bowl, mash beans, butternut, charred pepper, lemon and feta.
Serve
Serve with your favourite sauces.
