Pan-Toasted Ham, Cheese and Tomato Sarmie

Ingredients
500g Eskort Picnic Ham, sliced
60ml (¼ cup) Hearty Tomato Sauce
4 slices Swiss cheese
60ml (¼ cup) cream cheese
2 handfuls baby spinach
8 slices bread
45ml (3 tbsp) butter
Method
Place a frying pan over a moderate heat.
Butter each slice of bread and place the buttered side face down.
Spread the top of four slices with cream cheese, tomato sauce, swiss cheese, ham and baby spinach.
Close the sandwiches and toast in the hot pan until both sides are golden and crispy.
Serve
Heat extra hearty tomato sauce and serve as a dip alongside the toasted sarmies.
