Jalapeno Pork Sausage and Roasted Pepper Sosaties
Ingredients
- Eskort Jalapeno Sausages
- 2 roasted red peppers
- ½ C mild achar
- 2 C self-raising flour
- 1 C water
- 1 t salt
Method
- Start a fire and get your coals ready.
- Add the flour salt and water to a mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms, knead your dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 80g sized dough balls.
- Dust the dough balls with some flour and keep aside.
- Skewer the Jalapeno sausages with the peppers.
- Place the dough over the coals and braai for 5min on each side, (roosterbrood has 4 sides)
- Braai the skewers for 5 min per side.
Serve
- Serve the achar on the roosterbrood and serve it with the sosaties.
