Crumbed Pork Strip Burgers
Ingredients
- 480g Eskort Crumbed Pork Strips
- 4 burger buns
- 2 C shredded cabbage
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- 10 large pickles sliced
- ½ C mayo
- 1 C grated cheddar
Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Place the pork strips in the air fryer and top with the cheese, air fry for 10 minutes.
- While the strips are busy frying combine the mayonnaise, and shredded cabbage in a small bowl.
- Top each burger bun with the slaw and add the pickles and red onion.
Serve
- As soon as the strips are done, place 2-3 strips per burger and serve with a fresh salad or your favourite veggie starch.
