Creamy Russian Penne Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pack Eskort Russians (sliced into 1cm)
- 4C Half cooked Penne pasta
- 2T Olive oil
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Garlic clove
- ¼ C flour
- 2C Butter milk
- ½ C Grated Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat a pot over medium heat.
- Fry onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
- Add in the sliced Russians and fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the flour.
- Add butter milk slowly while stirring and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Add in the pasta and cheddar cheese to melt.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
- Portion out the pasta into bowl and garnish with chopped mixed herbs
