Ingredients:
- Belly rind
- ½ C coarse salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Place the rind on a baking tray with baking paper and cover the rind with the salt.
- Bake for 1h.
Serve
Wipe the salt from the rind before serving it.
- Serve the bacon with a lemon mayo or something spicy.
