Bacon Chilli Cheese Wors Phyllo Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 roll of Bacon chilli Cheese wors
- 1 Box Phyllo pastry
- ¼ C Melted butter
- ½ C Tomato jam
- 300g any Green veg
- 1 Camembert
- 1 Brie
- 1 Black pepper crusted cream cheese
- Olive oil for cooking
- 3 T Black sesame seeds
- Juice of one lemon
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°
- Layer three sheets of phyllo pastry with butter and place the bacon wors in the middle of the sheets.
- Spread the wors with tomato jam.
- Layer another three layers of pastry with butter and cover the wors.
- Fold the sides over and brush with butter and sprinkle with some black sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
- Heat some olive oil and the leftover butter in a pan. Add the veggies and season with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve
- Serve the pie with the cheese on top, add some more tomato jam and garnish with the green veg.
