Bacon, Avo, and Feta Pizzas
Ingredients
- 2 shop-bought margarita pizza bases
- 2 handfuls extra grated mozzarella (optional)
- 200g Eskort diced bacon, fried until just cooked
- Creamy feta cheese, to crumble
- Sprinkle of dried oregano
- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced (added after cooking)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 250°C and place two flat baking sheets in the oven to heat up.
- Assemble each pizza on a piece of baking paper: top the pizza bases with grated mozzarella (if using), cooked bacon, crumbled feta, and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
- Carefully transfer each pizza, still on its baking paper, to a hot baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the pizzas are golden and the bases are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and top each pizza with sliced avocado before serving.
