Bacon, Avo, and Feta Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 shop-bought margarita pizza bases
  • 2 handfuls extra grated mozzarella (optional)
  • 200g Eskort diced bacon, fried until just cooked
  • Creamy feta cheese, to crumble
  • Sprinkle of dried oregano
  • 2 avocados, peeled and sliced (added after cooking)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°C and place two flat baking sheets in the oven to heat up.
  2. Assemble each pizza on a piece of baking paper: top the pizza bases with grated mozzarella (if using), cooked bacon, crumbled feta, and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
  3. Carefully transfer each pizza, still on its baking paper, to a hot baking tray.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the pizzas are golden and the bases are cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and top each pizza with sliced avocado before serving.
