Airfryer Pork Pies

Ingredients
- 1 pack Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 40ml caramelised onion jam
- 100g grated mozzarella
Method
- Airfry the pork sausages from frozen for 15 minutes at 180°C. Once cooked, slice the pork sausages up.
- Assemble the pies: flour a kitchen work surface and place 1 sheet of puff pastry on the floured surface. Cut the puff pastry into 8 pieces of approximately 10cm x 12cm but this doesn’t need to be precise.
- To make 4 pies, place slices of the pork sausages onto the centre of 4 pieces of puff pastry, top each with 2 teaspoons of onion jam, then top with grated mozzarella.
- Place the remaining 4 pieces of puff pastry on top the filled pies, and using a fork seal the edges.
- Airfry the pies at 180°C for 30 – 40 minutes until the pastry is cooked through and golden.
