Ingredients

  • 1 pack Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 40ml caramelised onion jam
  • 100g grated mozzarella

Method

  1. Airfry the pork sausages from frozen for 15 minutes at 180°C. Once cooked, slice the pork sausages up.
  2. Assemble the pies: flour a kitchen work surface and place 1 sheet of puff pastry on the floured surface. Cut the puff pastry into 8 pieces of approximately 10cm x 12cm but this doesn’t need to be precise.
  3. To make 4 pies, place slices of the pork sausages onto the centre of 4 pieces of puff pastry, top each with 2 teaspoons of onion jam, then top with grated mozzarella.
  4. Place the remaining 4 pieces of puff pastry on top the filled pies, and using a fork seal the edges.
  5. Airfry the pies at 180°C for 30 – 40 minutes until the pastry is cooked through and golden.
