Ingredients

  • ±600g Eskort marinated pork belly skewers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Arrange the skewers on a lined tray, brush with olive oil.
  3. Roast or grill for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway, until caramelised and cooked through (internal temperature 70°C).
  4. Brush generously with the mustard & honey glaze during the final 10 minutes of cooking.
  5. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
