Ingredients

  • 6 large wholewheat crackers of your choice
  • 300g creamy feta
  • 30ml milk
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 125g Eskort Sliced Gammon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Fresh mint leaves, to garnish

Method

  1. Add the feta and milk to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta to a piping bag fitted with a large round nozzle.
  3. Pipe the feta onto each cracker in a decorative design of your choice.
  4. Top with slices of gammon and pear.
  5. Season lightly with salt and black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately as a quick snack or elegant appetiser.
