Wholewheat Crackers with Whipped Feta and Sliced Gammon
Ingredients
- 6 large wholewheat crackers of your choice
- 300g creamy feta
- 30ml milk
- 1 pear, sliced
- 125g Eskort Sliced Gammon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Method
- Add the feta and milk to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a piping bag fitted with a large round nozzle.
- Pipe the feta onto each cracker in a decorative design of your choice.
- Top with slices of gammon and pear.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately as a quick snack or elegant appetiser.
