Bacon Roses
Ingredients
- 2 x 200g packets Eskort Streaky Bacon
- Maraschino cherries, to garnish
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Working with two rashers at a time, slightly overlap them and roll tightly into a rose shape.
- Secure each bacon rose with two toothpicks to help hold its shape.
- Place the bacon roses upright on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy on top and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Carefully remove toothpicks before serving.
- Arrange on a pretty serving platter, garnish with maraschino cherries, and serve warm bacon roses with chilled drinks.
