Baked Russian Wraps

  • Eskort 500g Smoked Russians, sliced 
  • 1 onion chopped 
  • 1 red pepper chopped 
  • 1 garlic clove chopped 
  • 1 tin peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tin tomato puree
  • 1 T paprika 
  • 1 T dried chilli 
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4-8 tortilla wraps 
  • 2 C grated cheese 
  • ¼ C chopped spring onion.


  • Heat a pot over a moderate heat. 
  • Add the oil, onion, garlic and pepper to the pan and fry for 5 min. 
  • Add the sliced Russians peeled tomatoes, tinned tomatoes, paprika and dried chillies and allow to simmer for 10 min. 
  • Fill the wraps with the Spicy Russian sauce and top it with cheese and the spring onion. 
  • Bake the filled wraps in a preheated oven of 200°C for 10min.


To serve

  • Serve the wraps while they are hot, you can top them with some leftover Sauce to make them warm and spicy.
