Creamy Sausage Pasta
Ingredients
- 15ml olive oil
- 1 pack Eskort Mediterranean pork sausages, defrosted
- 15ml fresh sage leaves
- 250ml fresh cream
- 140g sundried tomato pesto or pasta sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 250g dried pasta of your choice, cooked according to instructions on pack
- Basil leaves, to garnish
Method
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Squeeze the meat out of the pork sausages, discarding the casings. Fry the sausage meat in the pan, along with the sage leaves, about 10 minutes in total until fully cooked and slightly golden.
- Add the cream, sundried tomato pesto/pasta sauce and season well to taste.
- Stir in your cooked pasta and garnish with basil leaves before serving.
