Crumbed Pork Strips With Cornbread and Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- Eskort Crumbed pork Strips
- 4 Eggs scrambled
- ¼ C maple syrup
Ingredients For Cornbread
- 2 C self-rising flour
- 1 tin sweet corn
- 2 C buttermilk
- 4 eggs
- 1 t salt
- 2 T chilli flakes
Method
- Place the strips in the air fryer or oven on 180°C for 10-12 min.
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the cornbread and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased or lined pan and bake at 180°C for 15 min.
Serve:
Serve the strips with the fried eggs with the cornbread and garnish with some fresh herbs.
