Ingredients:

  • Eskort Crumbed pork Strips
  • 4 Eggs scrambled 
  • ¼ C maple syrup

Ingredients For Cornbread

  • 2 C self-rising flour
  • 1 tin sweet corn 
  • 2 C buttermilk 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 t salt 
  • 2 T chilli flakes

Method

  • Place the strips in the air fryer or oven on 180°C for 10-12 min. 
  • In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the cornbread and mix until well combined. 
  • Pour the batter into a greased or lined pan and bake at 180°C for 15 min.

 

Serve:

Serve the strips with the fried eggs with the cornbread and garnish with some fresh herbs.
