Fakeaway Egg McMuffins
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, halved, toasted and buttered
- 4 fried eggs
- 12 slices Eskort sandwich ham
- 4 slices processed cheddar cheese
Method
- Toast the 4 English muffins until golden.
- Fry the eggs in a pan to your preferred doneness.
- Layer a slice of processed cheese onto the bottom half of each toasted muffin.
- Place a fried egg on top of the cheese, followed by 3 slices of Eskort sandwich ham.
- Top with the other half of the muffin and serve immediately.
