Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, halved, toasted and buttered
  • 4 fried eggs
  • 12 slices Eskort sandwich ham
  • 4 slices processed cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Toast the 4 English muffins until golden.
  2. Fry the eggs in a pan to your preferred doneness.
  3. Layer a slice of processed cheese onto the bottom half of each toasted muffin.
  4. Place a fried egg on top of the cheese, followed by 3 slices of Eskort sandwich ham.
  5. Top with the other half of the muffin and serve immediately.
