Ingredients

  • 8 thin slices of cooked gammon
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 250 ml (1 C) baby spinach
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 250 ml (1 C) white cheese
  • 250 ml (1 C) cream cheese
  • 60 ml (¼ C) butter, melted

  • Bread (gluten): Use gluten-free bread.
  • White Cheese (lactose): Use an aged white cheese like mature cheddar or vegan white cheese.

Method

  • Butter both sides of the bread slices.
