Ham & Avo Bagel
    Ingredients
- 100 g Eskort Double Smoked Ham
 - 2 bagels
 - 1 avocado
 - 60 ml (ΒΌ C) mixed seeds
 - 5 ml (1 t) cumin
 - 1 pinch cayenne pepper
 - juice of half a lemon
 - coarse salt to taste
 - 5 ml (1 t) black pepper
 
Method
- Slice the bagel open and toast each half in a pan until golden.
 - In the same pan, add the seeds, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt.
 - Mash avo into the seed mix and add lemon juice.
 - Place a slice of ham onto one bagel slice and top with avo.
 - Add another slice of ham and close with the other bagel slice.
 - Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for the next day.
