Ingredients

  • 100 g Eskort Double Smoked Ham
  • 2 bagels
  • 1 avocado
  • 60 ml (¼ C) mixed seeds
  • 5 ml (1 t) cumin
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • juice of half a lemon
  • coarse salt to taste
  • 5 ml (1 t) black pepper

Method

  • Slice the bagel open and toast each half in a pan until golden.
  • In the same pan, add the seeds, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt.
  • Mash avo into the seed mix and add lemon juice.
  • Place a slice of ham onto one bagel slice and top with avo.
  • Add another slice of ham and close with the other bagel slice.
  • Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for the next day.
