Ingredients

  • 1-2 Packets Eskort Double Smoked Ham
  • 1 whole Ciabatta
  • ¼ cup Basil Pesto
  • ¼ cup Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1 tub Medium fat Cream Cheese
  • Handful Wild Rocket

Method

  • Cut the ciabatta in half and then again lengthways, so that you have 2 bottom halves and 2 top halves.
  • Spread the basil pesto on the bottom 2 halves and cream cheese on the top 2 halves.
  • Top the basil pesto slices with Eskort double-smoked ham, sundried tomatoes and rocket.
  • Close the halves and then cut down the middle to make 4 sandwiches.
