Pack everything in separate containers if taking to work and assemble your wrap at lunchtime.
Jalapeño Pork Sausage Wrap
Ingredients
- 4 Eskort Jalapeño Pork Sausages
- 125 ml (½ C) frozen corn
- 125 ml (½ C) cream cheese
- 5 ml (½ t) harissa paste (or any hot sauce)
- 4 large butter lettuce leaves
- 30 ml (2 T) onion marmalade
- 60 ml (¼ C) mayonnaise
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 wraps
Method
- Remove pork sausage meat from sausage casing.
- Press sausage meat into oval patties and fry in a pan over moderate heat until golden.
- Mix the corn, cream cheese and harissa paste together.
- Mix lime zest and juice into the mayonnaise.
