Ingredients:

  • 4 Eksort Pork Schnitzels
  • 2 C Eskort Creamy Black Pepper sauce
  • 4 tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 4 C mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 C feta 
  • ½ a large cucumber chopped 
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Salad dressing of your choice

Method

  • Place the pork schnitzels in the air fryer for 10 min on 180°C. 
  • Heat the creamy black pepper sauce for 90 sec in the microwave. 
  • Assemble the salad.

 

Serve:

  • Serve the salad with the schnitzels and serve the sauce over the schnitzels.
