Ingredients

  • 4 Eskort Crumbed Schnitzels
  • 4 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Eskort Chillinaise
  • 500g Cooked Basmati Rice
  • 2 Spring Onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Avocados, thinly sliced
  • Sesame Seeds for serving

Method

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180C.
  • Add the Eskort Schnitzels.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • While the Schnitzel is cooking, warm the rice and serve directly onto plates or in individual bowls.
  • Slice cooked Schnitzels, plate with avocado, teriyaki sauce, sliced spring onions and sesame seeds.
