Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Sarmie
Ingredients:
- Eskort Pulled Pork
- 2 C cooked Pasta
- 1 C mozzarella grated
- 1 C parmesan cheese grated
- 1 C cream cheese crated
- 1 C cheddar crated
- 1 C mascarpone cheese
- 1 C roasted peppers
- ¼ C parsley
- ¼ C Italian parsley
- ¼ C chives
- ¼ C spring onion
- 8 slices ciabatta bread
- 3 T Olive oil
- Salt for seasoning
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°
- Combine the pasta and all the cheese in a large mixing bowl with the pulled pork.
- Prepare a pan with baking paper and place 8 of the ciabatta slices to the pan.
- Add the macaroni to the slices of bread and bake until golden.
- While the mac and cheese is in the oven chop the peppers, and herbs and add the to a bowl.
- Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Serve
- lace half of the slices of grilled cheese on top of the other halve and close them to form 4 sarmies.
- Serve the sarmies with the pepper salsa.
