School lunch for a week on a budget (R100)
Ingredients
Ingredients for the whole week:

1 pack Eskort Pork Strips

1 Eskort chopped ham roll

1 cucumber

1 pineapple

500g carrots

1 Eskort creamy mayo

1 block cheddar cheese

1 loaf wholewheat bread
Method
BENTO BOX:
- 1/2 packet Eskort pork strips – made in the air fryer!
- Carrot & cucumber sticks
- Pineapple triangles
- Eskort creamy mayo dip
(Make your own cheesy dip using the week’s cheddar cheese block for some extra pizazz)
TACO BOX:
- 1/2 packet Eskort pork strips cut in half / thirds – made in the air fryer!
- Grate carrots + cucumber and cut tiny cubes of pineapple. Mixed with a tbsp of Eskort creamy mayo to make a fresh slaw.
- Cut the edges off the sliced bread and flatten slightly with a rolling pin to make little bread tacos!
- Grate cheddar cheese.
Construct the taco:
- Pork strips inside the bread taco
- Slaw mix
- Grated cheese
- Fold over
PIZZA CUPS:
- Roll out 6 x de-crusted bread slices
- Chop up ham
- Grate cheese
- Cube pineapple
- Make carrot sticks
Press sliced bread into muffin pan, fill with ham and pineapple and cover with grated cheese
Serve in lunch box with carrot & cucumber sticks
SNACK BOX:
- Cut large cubes of ham, cucumber and cheese
- Make sosatie sticks
- Cut thick wedges of pineapple and carrots
DAGWOOD SARMIE BOX:
- 1/4 cut bread and take off crusts
- Chopped ham roll, sliced
- Sliced cheese
- Eskort Creamy Mayo
- Cucumber slices
- Julienned carrots & pineapple
