Skewered Pork Belly, Mediterranean spread
Ingredients
- ±600g Eskort marinated pork belly skewers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Arrange the skewers on a lined tray, brush with olive oil.
- Roast or grill for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway, until caramelised and cooked through (internal temperature 70°C).
- Brush generously with the mustard & honey glaze during the final 10 minutes of cooking.
- Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
