Ingredients

  • 125g Eskort Gypsy Ham
  • 125g Eskort Sliced Gammon
  • 125g Eskort Pork Pastrami
  • 125g Eskort Cooked Ham
  • 125g Eskort Sandwich Ham
  • Wedge of mature cheddar cheese
  • Wedge of Brie cheese
  • Camembert cheese
  • Toasted baguette slices
  • Olives
  • Dip of choice (we used store-bought feta and herb dip)
  • Handful dried apricots
  • Handful cherries
  • Handful grapes
  • Handful raspberries

Method

  1. Select a large wooden board or platter as your base.
  2. Arrange all the Eskort cold meats in neat folded or rolled sections across the board. We also included a rose formation for variety.
  3. Place cheeses in different areas of the board.
  4. Add toasted baguette slices in stacks or fan them out around the edges.
  5. Fill small bowls or ramekins with olives and your chosen dip, and position them evenly on the board.
  6. Scatter the dried apricots, cherries, grapes, and raspberries in the spaces between meats and cheeses to add freshness, colour, and balance.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy with a crowd.
