Viennas 7 ways – Vienna Corn Dogs
Ingredients:
- Eskort Viennas
- 1 C flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 ½ C milk
- 3 eggs
- Extra flour
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- Heat a large pot of oil over a moderate heat.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a tall juc or mixing bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients and whisk well.
- Dip the viennas into the flour and then into the batter before deep frying them.
Serve
